About the role
As a Registered General Nurse, you must hold a valid NMC Pin and provide this to Shaftesbury.
Your responsibilities include ensuring the highest standard of clinical care, conducting assessments, administering medication, and implementing and evaluating care plans.
Treetops is a high-dependency residential care home offering 24-hour nursing and personal care for adults with disabilities, primarily younger adults.
Residents are supported to make individual choices through active support. The service adopts a person-centered, flexible approach, recognizing that everyone’s needs and aspirations are unique and that a fulfilling life is a combination of many factors.
