What you’ll do
In this role, you will work with our TOBi scrum teams to ensure best practice in refining requirements, prioritising the backlog, and orchestrating delivery. You will work closely with the Digital In-Life teams across My Vodafone App, My Vodafone Online and our Help and Support Teams to define best in class Service experiences, ensuring Vodafone UK exceeds challenging KPI’s that make it a standout leader in Digital Experience. You'll have impact at board level to speak to the programme of work as required, whilst working closely with key stakeholders and suppliers to ensure that regulatory and legal needs are met, and any new propositions are supported in line with planned go-to-market activity.
Key accountabilities:
1. Own the product vision and key objectives for their product area ensuring this aligns to the overall Business goals.
2. Be a TOBi focal point of contact for the business, work with the Digital In-Life functions and Stakeholders across Digital and the wider business to define User Stories for delivery into the Product Backlog; prioritised by business value.
3. Maintain the capability and optimisation roadmap broken down into lifecycle phases, tracked against agreed KPIs from inception through to completion / decommission.
4. Validate User Stories and their Acceptance Criteria are fit for delivery by the Team; convey the vision of User Stories for the Sprint delivery to the Scrum Team for commitment.
5. Inform Stakeholders across the business of the Scrum Team’s commitment (or otherwise) of their User Stories and manage expectations.
Who you are
6. Experience working as a Digital Product Owner using the Scaled Agile Framework across multiple scrum teams.
7. Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
8. Strong understanding of latest and emerging Conversational AI trends across Chat and Voice.
9. Evidence of use of customer insight and ability to problem solve.
10. Strong customer experience and strategic focus.
11. Capable of managing a constantly evolving product backlog, showing the agility to pivot based on business strategy.
12. Experience managing a team.
13. Evidence of strong analytical skills to measure impact and identity trends.
