Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Soft Services Account Manager to work with our facilities team at the Red Bull Technology Campus in Milton Keynes. This position will play a key role in supporting our Campus Operations, ensuring all the facilities soft services provide the appropriate support to the wider business. You will need to use your operational experience to ensure that all requirements are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
As you would expect with F1, our facilities as well as our cars are constantly evolving, and you will be responsible for ensuring that we deliver this evolution to the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Co-ordinate and support operational Soft Services to relevant contractors including, porterage, Security, Waste, Catering, Cleaning & Landscaping.
2. Providing a first point of contact for any Soft Services related tasks on the site.
3. Provide commercial support to the Soft Services Manager for Cleaning, Catering & other relevant Services, including tendering and contract negotiations as required.
4. Provide a dynamic reactive response service, liaising with all stakeholders to ensure they understand the timescales for resolution.
5. Ensure adherence to regulations related to responsible areas, including, Waste, Security, Insurance Inspections and ISO140001 compliance etc.
6. Working with stakeholders to effect change in the buildings as departmental demands develop.
In Addition:
1. Work with other facilities and property departments to ensure that soft services accounts are providing the relevant services.
2. Support the Soft Services Manager ensuring that key accounts can support the long-term operation of the Campus as it evolves.
Essential Competencies:
1. Operational Experience, managing in a large, multi-serviced facility.
2. Strong knowledge of soft services, high end commercial catering services & biodiversity.
3. Previous experience of high technology manufacturing facilities and 5* Guest Experience locations.
4. Good financial numeracy and experience of setting and managing complex budgets.
Desired Experience:
1. Excellent communication skills and good stakeholder management.
2. Dynamic thinking and determination to see projects through.
3. Excellent knowledge of tender and contract negotiation processes.
