Team Leader - Days
Salary: £15.45ph plus incentives
Hours: Full Time 7am-7pm, 3-4 shifts per week, including alternate weekends and an on-call weekend rota
Location: Edwinstowe, NG21 9PA

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Lead the team to support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing
2. Assist carers with personal care
3. Administer medication
4. Promote independence, dignity and choice
5. Shift handover
Essential Requirements:
1. NVQ level 3 or higher
2. 1 year experience in a residential or nursing home setting
3. Awareness of person centered planning
4. Understanding of safeguarding adults
Preferred Requirements:
1. 2 years experience in a similar role
2. Experience in leadership/leading a team
3. Understanding of dementia care
