HR Talent Acquisition Administrator
Salary: Up to £26,000 dependent on experience
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for someone to join a reputable HR Department and successful business. As an HR Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will be reporting directly to the HR Director and play a pivotal role in supporting the HR function, with a key focus on supporting recruitment.
We are looking for someone who has strong Microsoft Office skills and experience in recruitment. This company is a market leader and will provide fantastic career development for the right candidate.
The Key Duties of the HR Talent Acquisition Administrator
* Supporting HR Team and Recruitment activities
* Supporting hiring Managers with their recruitment needs
* Recruitment and posting advertisements
* Arranging interviews
* Assisting with the new starter onboarding process
* Admin duties, updating the employment database, data entry
* Use of MS Office systems
The Key Requirements of the HR Talent Acquisition Administrator
* Ideally, you will have good business administration skills with HR and Recruitment experience.
* You will be able to start a full-time role
* Excellent MS Office Skills needed
* CIPD Level 3 (Preferred)
* Professional person with office experience
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to demonstrate phone etiquette
* Organised
