We are seeking a driven, determined and dynamic Business Development Manager to generate new business and develop existing accounts across all our skincare and wellbeing brands.
We require a sales professional who understands the sales process from prospecting and lead generation, to closing deals with particular experience in account management, customer support and developing relationships with a view to increase repeat order values.
This role is highly incentivised, offering up to 20% commission on all opening order values as well as incentives to develop existing accounts, providing excellent earning potential.
Develop an in-depth understanding of all our brands, their USPs, their treatments and products.
· Know how our brands can enhance a clinic’s current offering, working alongside existing brand selections or technologies.
· Understand our sector, how skincare clinics operate and what drives their business growth.
· Work closely with our Sales & Marketing team, Directors and Trainers to ensure consistent messaging, a pro-active sales and marketing strategy, brand alignment, successful relationship building and exceptional training and education.
· Effectively manage a portfolio of accounts, from pipeline business and new business contacts as well as existing accounts with potential for development.
· Be prepared to travel to meetings and industry events.

This is a critical role, introducing our business to new contacts in our sector as well as developing relationships with existing clients to encourage higher repeat orders via additional brands, treatments, products or sales. It is vital to ensure we maintain our high standards and service levels from the first point of contact, successfully initiating, managing and developing client relationships with businesses that share our values.
We require someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to convey our brands’ brilliance to clients, often dealing with business owners. We are looking for someone able to meet clients face to face, deliver presentations, provide product and treatment demonstrations and forge mutually beneficial business relationships.
