The Role: As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be the face our client, hitting the road to build and maintain relationships with established clients and new clients. You’ll have the freedom to explore new territories, develop sales strategies, and close deals that drive their company forward. Every day is an adventure, and no two days are the same! You will have the autonomy to manage your own diary.
What You’ll Do:
Hunt for New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new sales leads in your designated territory.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations to potential clients, showcasing our innovative packaging solutions.
Negotiate and Close Deals: Handle negotiations and close sales effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Feedback: Provide valuable insights from the field to help shape our product offerings and marketing strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in field sales, preferably in packaging/fmcg or a related industry.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Driven: A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Mobile: Willingness to travel extensively and manage your own schedule.
