The Role
A renowned global provider of trust and estate services is looking to hire a Trust Officer to ensure the day-to-day administration and provision of excellent client service to a defined portfolio of clients and other stakeholders.
This role will suit someone who can demonstrate an ability to be responsible for their own workload and support a number of internal and external relationships. The successful candidate will become a primary point of contact to clients and trust stakeholders as well as collaborating on project specific teams in other jurisdictions.
Required
* At least four years of experience in the day-to-day administration of UK trusts and related corporate entities.
* A proven record of delivering exceptional client service.
* Great communication skills with a proven eye for detail and a friendly, service minded demeanour.
* Experience of being trusted and responsible for your own workload and time as well as an ability to fit into teams where the nature of the work requires it.
Preferred
The following are highly valued but are not absolute requirements:
* Corporate secretarial experience.
* A formal accounting designation.
* Being an accredited member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
* Offshore experience could be an advantage but a strongly UK dominated record including the volume of experience with TRS, the Land Registry and other UK specific elements is key.
* It is important that experience has been gained looking after UHNW individuals and families as well as landed estates.
Location
A hybrid working environment with a balance between home and office work to be determined. It may include up to 2 days per week within one of the firm's UK offices and the possibility of occasional travel to offices outside the UK.
