We’re recruiting for a MS Dynamics Team Lead Software Developer to deliver innovative solutions for our business on D365 CE including Dynamics Contact Centre, Field Service Mobile and Power Platform. Contractually based out of our Portsmouth or Basingstoke office, this is a full time, permanent position working 37 hours per week. You’ll be required to travel to the office once a month. We want someone to help us use the best Microsoft technology and deliver market leading and expectation surpassing service to our customers. The MS Dynamics Team Lead Software Developer will be focused on the development and support of Dynamics and solutions using D365 Contact Centre. Ensuring the day-to-day performance of D365 and D365 Contact Centre meets the needs of the business and ensures that the various back-end integrations to other business systems work as designed. You’ll develop Azure solutions that are cost effective, scalable and are as per our development principals. You’ll lead continual improvement to make the development lifecycle as efficient and robust as possible. Implementing tools and processes to assist developers (e.g. Azure Pipelines, automated testing, monitoring). Ensuring there are no single points of failure in the development lifecycle and that new developers can be quickly onboarded to the team. The MS Dynamics Team Lead Software Developer will have expertise in analysis to design, development, testing, training implementation, monitoring concepts and service transition. Previous experience in a team leadership role is essential, along with 5 years D365 CE and Power Platform experience. Please see the attached person specification.
