Experience in fine dine, branded or fast paced kitchen environments is essential with restaurant and hotel banqueting experience preferable.

* Passionate about catering
* Minimum 1 year experience at CDP or higher level
* Professional, committed and can do attitude
* Own transport beneficial but not essential
Registration Requirements:
* Level 2 food Hygiene Certificate
* Passport or National ID card
* National Insurance number
