About the Role
General duties include: Undertaking duties as required in the ‘Teachers’ Standards’, displaying commitment to the ethos and success of the Academy, contributing to the Academy's process of self-evaluation and development, and being familiar with the Academy's systems, structures, policies, and procedures. Actively support Academy activities, including attending educational trips and extra-curricular activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet the educational needs of all students through quality first teaching.
2. Assist in the development of appropriate syllabuses and teaching strategies.
3. Deliver learning in accordance with the curriculum and national guidelines.
4. Support pupils’ learning while adhering to the Academy's policies.
5. Monitor and report on pupil progress.
6. Communicate with relevant staff to ensure effective support for all students.
