Job Description:We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team for a short-term project. This role is fully office-based in outer Leeds, with convenient parking available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees. Training will be provided. However, there will be more inputting of information.
* Ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions.
* Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations (Training provided)
Requirements:
* Previous experience in payroll administration or data entry is preferable.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills.
