Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill our Deputy Store Manager position. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about leadership and has the ability to motivate and inspire others.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store. They will have a deep understanding of retail operations and be able to effectively manage stock, resources and budgets to ensure the smooth running of the store.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
* Oversee the management of stock, including ordering, receiving, stocking and maintaining inventory levels
* Manage the financial performance of the store, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
* Maintain a safe and secure working environment for colleagues and customers
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary package, which includes:
* £35,000 - £42,000 per annum
