We are seeking a motivated Director of Bars & Restaurants for our brand new 229 room Aparthotel on Park st, Cambridge, London. We need someone who is passionate about, and connected to, the local market in Cambridge, and has experience working in a similar property, as well as F&B experience, to help us create a truly amazing Wilde experience for our guests. At our Park Street location in the heart of Cambridge, we champion the incredible local produce and suppliers that make this city unique. Compliance & Standards: Ensure all R&B operations comply with health, safety, and brand standards. Required Skills and Experience F&B / R&B Leadership: Minimum 3 years in Restaurants and Bars management role within a lifestyle or luxury hotel. Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Cambridge hospitality scene, People Skills: Empathetic, communicative, and skilled at inspiring a team. Financial Acumen: Experienced in budget management, forecasting, and cost control. Adaptability: Ability to respond quickly to feedback, guest needs, and operational demands. Strategic Mindset: Innovative and proactive in seeking growth opportunities. Educational Background: A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
