Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per year + Bonus & Commission

The Role
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Ebsta, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key customers. Your primary focus will be ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, and maximizing customer value. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management who is looking to transition into a leadership role within a dynamic tech startup.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and develop strong relationships with a portfolio of high-value customers, ensuring their success and retention.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and marketing teams, to drive customer engagement and adoption.
* Identify opportunities to expand customer accounts, increase product usage, and drive revenue growth.
* Develop and implement scalable customer success strategies and best practices.
* Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering insights and feedback to improve our product and services.
* Track key performance metrics and provide reports on customer success outcomes.
* Support the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a seamless implementation process.
* Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize their ROI with Ebsta’s platform.
* Work with customers on problem-solving, leveraging strong CRM experience and engagement skills.
* Think laterally to provide innovative solutions to customer challenges.
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field within a SaaS or tech environment.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* A data-driven mindset with a passion for solving customer problems.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is a plus.
* A proactive, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial attitude.
* Strong CRM experience and engagement skills are a must.
* A great problem solver who can think laterally and work closely with customers to identify and resolve challenges.
