Fox Morris have teamed up with a world leader in the metal profiling space, offering aluminium solutions to customers globally. We are looking for an expert sales professional who knows their way around metals and extrusion types!
Main duties:
1. To promote and build long-term relationships with existing customers to grow its loyalty.
2. Communicating with existing customers on a regular basis.
3. Maintaining and increasing sales volumes assuring area sales goals are achieved.
4. To forecast sales volume potential both in existing and new customers.
5. To resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions in direct contact with Quality and Customer Service departments.
6. To liaise with accounting department making sure payment and credit terms are fulfilled by the customers.
7. Proactively prospecting for new customers and sales opportunities aligned with the marketing strategy and sales plan.
8. To liaise with technical department to achieve effective management and problem solving.
9. To provide reports and customer visits in a timely manner using the company CRM.
10. To gather market information and prepare monthly sales reports.
11. To support and maintain company working practices and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years' experience within the aluminium industry and sales.
2. Technical experience.
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
4. Understanding the true ethic of working as one team.
5. To be a highly self-motivated professional and results-oriented.
6. Full driving license.
7. Experienced in managing an area.
8. To have the ability to work on own initiative.
