Could that be you? We'd love to find out. As our Coordinator - Learning, you'll play a vital role in supporting Apprenticeship and Leadership programs. From managing data and coordinating learning events to providing an exceptional learner experience, you'll help ensure our colleagues and leaders receive the development they need to thrive. Day to day Manage learner data throughout their journey, from onboarding to graduation. Track and report on apprenticeship levy utilisation and program metrics. Coordinate learning events, including logistics, guest speakers, and materials. Manage purchase orders, supplier invoices, and onboarding processes. Respond to learner inquiries, provide resources, and track progress reviews. Ensure seamless communication and support throughout programs. Support impactful initiatives like National Apprenticeship Week and leadership expos. About you The ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate events, and maintain accurate records efficiently. A proven track record in providing administrative support, ideally within learning, development, or HR-related roles. A strong focus on accuracy in data management, reporting, and financial processes such as invoicing and tracking. Confidence in using digital tools for scheduling, tracking, and reporting; experience with learning management systems would be advantageous.
