Designing, developing, and upgrading industrial systems and software. Leading projects with a hands-on approach while also acting as a consultant when needed. Providing training, coaching, and support to colleagues and apprentices. Collaborating with suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions. Continuously seeking improvements in technical efficiency and effectiveness. What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone with a high degree of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset. Essential Skills & Experience: Strong educational background, including English and Maths. Relevant qualifications in industrial software or control systems engineering (HNC/HND/Degree). Extensive knowledge of SCADA systems, PLC interfaces, and industrial automation (e.g., Siemens S7, GEM 80). Experience in programming and fault-finding on AC and DC drives. Proficiency with databases (SQL, Access), AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Desirable: Familiarity with WinCC Professional or Advanced.
