Your Role
This role is responsible for optimising the delivery and valuation of trackside sponsorship inventory. This includes understanding partnership rights and sales nuances, managing trackside asset allocation to ensure contractual obligations are met and sales opportunities are maximised, and working closely with the branding team and partners to ensure timely delivery of artwork and assets. Additionally, this role will play a key part in analysing data for new assets, working with providers to ensure accurate valuation and identifying new trackside inventory for commercial partnerships.
Key Deliverables
Trackside Deliverable Management: Involves a deep understanding of partnership rights and the nuances of sponsorship sales. You will be responsible for managing the trackside environment to optimise the placement and presentation of existing assets to enhance their value and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
Commercial Asset Development: This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to identify and evaluate new spaces for advertising, branding, and sponsorship activations; and develop innovative approaches to trackside inventory, to create new revenue streams. The process involves analysing data on audience reach, brand visibility, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and ensure that partnership assets deliver maximum value for both the rights holder and commercial partners.
Sales & Agency Support: Involves collaborating closely with our sales team and agency partners to ensure they have the data and insights they need to effectively represent our trackside inventory and drive sales.
What We Are Looking For
Experience required:
* Experience working with media evaluation data
* Experience utilising data and insights to inform strategic planning and evaluation
* Experience in interpreting, visualising and communicating complex data in a meaningful way
* Experience working in a commercial sporting environment and/or a management consulting background
* Experience working with and reporting to senior leadership
* Experience of sporting rights specifically useful but not essential
Skills and aptitudes required:
* Strong commercial acumen
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong stakeholder management, used to operating across multiple teams
* Well versed in Excel and data manipulation
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* An understanding of pricing and measurement within a sponsorship or advertising context
