A skilled professional with the ability to oversee specific pastry sections and a proven track record of upholding the highest standards in a luxury environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the pastry section and ensure quality production.
2. Collaborate with the Head Chef to create innovative dessert menus.
3. Train and mentor junior pastry staff.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in a pastry role.
2. Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and presentation.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Attention to detail and a passion for pastry.
