We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate, to join our friendly, busy in-house legal team. (This post is to cover maternity leave on a fixed term contract commencing in August) You will use your existing proven skills to provide administrative support for our legal professionals who work across the whole spectrum of care / safeguarding children’s legal work. Using specialist software and case management systems you will help collate and produce the necessary bundles for court hearings and discharge all associated legal administrative functions. You will be a flexible committed team player with excellent communication and IT skills, demonstrating great attention to detail / accuracy, and be able to work at a fast pace under pressure to strict deadlines.

Skills
Essential:
* Ability to work on own initiative and as a strong team player.
* Ability to use computerised systems (e-mail, internet, MS 365 packages).
* Ability to collate and interpret information from a variety of sources and use the information appropriately.
This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.
Knowledge
Essential:
* Working in an office environment and knowledge of standard office administrative procedures.
* Collating information, accurately, from a number of different sources.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
* Experience of manage conflicting priorities and responding effectively.
* Experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
* Educated to GCSE/O Level standard or equivalent.
