About the role Our Volunteers are incredibly important in supporting the work we do, and we value individuals who dedicate their time to find the perfect fit within our organisation. As a volunteer at our Mental Health, Wellbeing and Recovery service, you'll be empowered to: Welcome clients at our drop-in sessions that are held weekly in the North West and Hinckley Areas of Leicestershire. Offer refreshments and a welcoming space while they wait during busy periods. Engage clients with light discussions or distractions. Contribute to group activities alongside our Recovery Workers. Participate in community activities and promote our service. Listen to client feedback and bring fresh ideas for service enhancement.
