Job Description
We are looking to recruit for two Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Brackmills, Northampton. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service to our customers and be responsible for a range of administration functions for all customers on site. Some of our customers include Sephora, Brewers, and Just Eat.
These positions will be Any 5 from 7 with primarily being Monday – Friday between the hours of 7am – 7pm.
How will you contribute?
* Working with the Stock and Admin teams and Account Managers to achieve the business set KPIs.
* Handling customer requirements and complaints.
* Order processing for all site customers.
* Other general administrative duties that the management may reasonably request.
* Using the resource planning systems effectively to produce up-to-date and accurate Management Information (MI) on Customer performance.
* Monitoring and controlling customer requirements.
* Providing regular and timely updates to the customer and leadership teams to ensure customer SLAs are met.
* Attending Customer Reviews.
* Supporting new business in terms of setting up SLAs and Freshdesk support.
* Proactive customer support.
* Helping to build good customer relations.
* Handling complaints and queries (from customers and staff).
* Setting up and actioning stock transfer requests to optimise stock availability and resolving stock issues.
* Reporting potential risks and aiding loss prevention (theft or damage).
What will you bring?
* The successful candidate is likely to have experience in the logistics sector.
* Proven experience within a Customer Service focused role.
* A good understanding of MS Excel is essential, along with other MS Office programs.
* Strong attention to detail and an ability to problem solve.
* Experience working to and meeting targets.
* Strong team working skills.
* Good analytical and numerical skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, with an ability to understand customer needs and requirements.
* You’ll be highly self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, a quick learner, and will have excellent interpersonal skills.
