Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Integrated Discharge Team based in Doncaster.
What will your responsibilities be?
For this role, we’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional with extensive experience in adult social care, specializing in Mental Capacity Assessments, care package setup, and support planning. You should have a proven ability to identify areas of need and risk of harm, ensuring appropriate safeguarding practices are in place. Strong commitment to promoting the well-being and safety of vulnerable adults through effective care coordination and support.

Qualifications and Experiences:
You must have a degree in Social Work and registration with Social Care Wales. Proven experience in child protection or a related field is essential. You should have a strong understanding of child protection legislation and best practices, along with excellent communication, assessment, and decision-making skills. The ability to work under pressure and manage a complex caseload is crucial. Additionally, you should be committed to continuous professional development.
