We are recruiting for a warm and welcoming Church of England primary school in Staffordshire, known for its strong sense of community, inclusivity, and high expectations for pupils. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join the committed team from February 2025. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching that inspires and engages pupils, ensuring they achieve their full potential in this supportive and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum, fostering enthusiasm and active participation.
* Create an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment that supports all learners.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure continued development.
* Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child’s academic and personal growth.
* Uphold the school’s Church of England values, promoting trust, mindfulness, peace, and friendship.
* Encourage pupils to develop independence, respect for others, and a strong sense of community.
Minimum Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching at the primary level, ideally in Key Stage 2.
* A thorough understanding of the National Curriculum and a track record of delivering engaging, high-quality lessons.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
* A commitment to fostering a love of reading and supporting pupils' personal and academic development.
* Respect for the school’s Christian ethos and a desire to contribute to its values-driven culture.
