The Motability Sales Executive will be a very rewarding role in the dealership. A real people person, you'll come across as effortless and genuine when talking to our customers. As a result, they'll trust you to recommend the right vehicles to them as well as any available extras, accessories and value-adding products. The role will be responsible for contacting customers on our database who have purchased from us previously in order to create opportunities for repeat business. You will need to be able to develop good rapport with customers over the phone, and in the showroom, whilst ensuring excellent customers service is given at all times. This role leans more towards delivering results and meeting customer expectations than to sales. In every aspect of our retailing, the aim is always to exceed customer expectation and so customer care is of paramount importance. Within this role you will be helping lead from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible Sales experience. Communication is key within our dealership, not only to ensure a 5-star customer experience but to build solid working relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues. About The Role About you: The right candidate has a: Passion for our brand and the highest level of customer service Minimum of 2 years experience in a selling role Experience within a similar role desirable Experience within a franchised car dealership (desirable but not essential) Full, valid UK driving licence IT literacy as essential Verbal and written communication skills of a high standard Ability to present information in an informative and comprehensive way Job Summary and Responsibilities: The main job purpose will be to deliver a great customer experience andachieve agreed sales target for new vehicles within a compliant sales process Toensure that each customer is provided with the information to make an informed decision relative to their purchase therefore maintaining product knowledge and being aware of quarterly campaigns in operation is imperative To follow up and prospect customers in order to maximise every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business, maintain adequate records of all sales activities including customer contacts through showroom log Maintain all paperwork in a complete and orderly manner.
