We’re seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Finance Officer to join a thriving group of companies in an exciting, full-time role. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work across multiple businesses within the group, handling daily and monthly accounting responsibilities to support our growing finance team. Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts processes and ensure timely payments. Perform accurate data entry in Sage 50 and Excel. Prepare and send client invoices, handle credit control, and manage client queries. Support month-end close, reconciliations, and bank account management. Prepare for audits and ensure compliance with financial policies. Assist with setting up payment runs, maintaining control spreadsheets, and supporting intercompany balances. Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Officer, with strong knowledge of accounts processes. Proficiency in Sage 50 and Excel; Sage Payroll experience is a plus. Detail-oriented with excellent data entry and organizational skills. Strong communication abilities for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
