Job summary The BDCT Adult Speech and Language Therapy team are a small but diverse group of skilled therapists and support workers. We are looking to recruit a Clinical Support Worker to join our team. It is an exciting time to join the team as we are working through a service transformation programme. The role would be ideal for an experienced Clinical Support Worker or Speech and Language Therapy Assistant with a passion for supporting adults with communication and swallowing difficulties. Clinical Support Workers are supported to complete competencies to assist with both communication and Dysphagia (swallowing difficulty) management. We support Service Users with a range of conditions impacting on communication and swallowing.
