Your ability to navigate the complexities of securing planning permissions and consents while aligning them with the wider business objectives showcases your great commercial awareness and strategic mindset. With excellent communication skills and the capability to engage with key stakeholders at both local and corporate levels, you play a crucial role in representing the business and ensuring compliance with planning laws and regulations.
