Requirements We want someone passionate and motivated; reliable, flexible, able to work under pressure in sometimes unpredictable circumstances. You will need to have good I.T skills and a sound knowledge of word, Outlook and Trust systems. Although training will be given in relevant skills to the successful applicant you should have considerable recent experience within a learning disability / challenging needs setting and hold a NVQ 3 or equivalent QCF / relevant experience. You will be expected to attend a 1-day bespoke PMVA (physical intervention training) face to face training and have a good understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) model. You will be responsible for leading the shift within the hubs. Duties will include answering the phone, deal with any emergencies, responding to alarms and completing audits, daily checks; including money checks and covering breaks and make necessary changes in staff allocations to ensure all service users and staff are safely supported.
