We are currently working with Oxfordshire County Council to support young people with SEND, and are experiencing very high demand for tutors.

Who are we looking for?
* Qualified SEND Tutors/Teachers (QTS highly preferred)
* Intelligent and engaging tutors/mentors who are knowledgeable and passionate about supporting young people with SEND
* Experience in tutoring/working with students with additional needs (up to 1 year)
What do we expect from you?
* Preparation of detailed and student-centred lesson plans
* Written feedback following completion of each session
* Travelling to various locations in Oxfordshire to tutor (at levels ranging from primary school to A-level)
* Providing homework to pupils (if required)
* Explaining difficult concepts in an understandable way
* Be aware of and adhere to our safeguarding and child protection policy
You will be working with children and so you will have a responsibility to ensure the safeguarding of every child you work with. This involves:
* Knowledge of your responsibilities to safeguard
* Having undergone safeguarding training or willing to receive training
* Willingness to have yearly safeguarding training

Full-time pay: up to £40,000 which increases based on performance and hours worked. Our company focuses on ensuring our tutors are rewarded for their abilities. We pay a variable hourly rate of between £30-£42/hr, based on qualifications, training, and years of experience working with SEND.
