We are looking for a detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to deliver efficient HR administration across Kingfisher group functions (Group Tech, KIPL, and PLC) supporting approximately 2,800 colleagues. In this vital role, you will act as the first line of support for our employees, addressing HR-related queries and ensuring smooth operations by maintaining accurate colleague data. If you are passionate about creating positive employee experiences and have a strong eye for detail, this role would suit you.
Responsibilities
* HR administration for new joiners, movers, and leavers – contract preparation and returns, pre and onboarding (right to work checks, referencing and background checks), SAP data input, benefits enrolment (e.g., discount card admin, eye tests, BUPA medical, car allowances and car leasing, exit and offboarding activity).
* First line support to colleagues; answering or escalating HR-related queries.
* Support tasks connected to SAP Organisational Management.
* Payroll cutoff activities coordinated by People Operations Team Lead to assure accuracy of information going to payroll.
* Support maintaining org charts with starters, movers, and leavers.
Qualifications
* Extremely high attention to detail with an eye for accuracy, even when working at pace.
* Excellent organisational skills with an ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a degree of ambiguity.
* Excellent stakeholder management/influence and the ability to easily engage at all levels.
* Ability to manage and coordinate changing priorities, understand 'what good looks like’, and capable of multi-tasking.
