English is thriving at Wykham Park Academy, and we teach a rigorous, knowledge-based, broad and balanced curriculum. With a clear focus on both the self-worth of students and excellent outcomes, you will work to further drive up attainment, progress, and standards at Key Stage 3 and GCSE (Level 2), as well as developing our students’ love of learning and enhancement of their ‘cultural capital’.
The Academy is recruiting for someone who shares our drive to engage and motivate every child to achieve their potential, who will play an important role in our unique and growing Academy. The successful candidate will be an excellent teacher of English, who will also play an important pastoral role in leading an Academic Mentoring (Tutor) group.
