Airbus' busy UK Occupational Health department requires a new temporary team member to carry out administration tasks during our transition to a new medical database.
Responsibilities
* Booking employee appointments
* Preparing employee case files for clinicians-ensuring clinical and privacy protocols are adhered to
* Maintaining the daily clinics diary for multiple clinicians (nurses/doctors/physiotherapists)
* Confirming appointment date/times with employees' managers
* Check/align employee data within internal organisation tables
* Ensure correct information relating to appointment has been entered - update/correct where required
* Sending SMS messages for appointment reminders
* Saving contact information in employee folders to ensure auditable trail
* Adding information notes for clinicians
* Assisting with reception enquiries
Key Qualities
* This role requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Competent IT user
* Experience with Google Suite & Microsoft Office
