We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our people team within Computacenter on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Let us introduce the team:
We are a strong, commercially minded HR Business Partner team; we pride ourselves on being trusted advisors to the Senior Leadership teams and making an impact through our understanding of strategic objectives and business priorities. We are proactive, strategic, and implement people plans and initiatives that positively impact our people.

What you’ll do
* Support the execution of the Business Strategy by developing people strategies and initiatives that benefit our employees.
* Build strong, trusted partnerships with Senior Executives.
* Lead and champion significant organisational changes.
* Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence (COEs) to address business issues and embed new strategies.
* Advise senior leadership on all aspects of people management and the employee lifecycle.
* Interpret people analytics, data, and trends to inform organisational decisions and advise leadership.
* Support key talent acquisition programmes to attract great candidates.
* Implement and lead Leadership and Development programmes to empower our people.
What you’ll need
* A proven background in Human Resources Business Partnering.
* Problem-solving and analytical skills; experience managing HR metrics to identify root causes and develop plans.
* A hands-on, flexible, and adaptable attitude, with the ability to motivate others and influence behaviors.
* Experience working with a commercial focus, understanding business agendas, and engaging with senior leadership.
* Experience managing significant programmes across various People Strategies, including Change Management and Diversity & Inclusion.
* Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong organisational skills.
* A motivated self-starter who enjoys autonomous work.
* An excellent team player.
* Ideally, experience working in a global organisation.
