Job summary We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced/qualified CIPD HR Practitioner with a special interest in Organisational Development, Attendance and Employee Relations Case Management to join our People Operations Team. Main duties of the job The successful candidate will support areas of the organisation in all matters of Core HR Advice and Guidance and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to: Provide expert HR Advice, guidance and support on all Employee Relations matters ensuring that case work is managed effectively and timely in line with Trust policies, procedures, and employment law. Analyse data trends through business intelligence reporting tools to support the development of innovative process and practise as we strive to be a model employer/employer of choice through compassionate leadership interventions. Providing advice to management teams anticipating and reacting to the implications and changes in employment law and HR practice whilst also ensuring that robust and effective Trust- wide working practices are safely deployed.
