You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to highest quality standards. You will also liaise with clients and subcontractors, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations. Your role involves coordinating teams of permanent mechanical staff as well as subcontractor, procuring materials, monitoring progress, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining financial control while fostering strong client relationships to secure future business.
