Job Title: Chef de Partie
This luxurious and charming 2AA Rosette Country House Hotel, set within beautiful grounds, is seeking an experienced and hardworking Chef de Partie with creativity and an eye for detail to join their kitchen team.

Responsibilities
* Stay updated with all cooking and presentation techniques.
* Prepare fresh local food for guests and customers.
* Support the Executive Chef and senior team, taking the lead within your section.
* Mentor and inspire junior team members.
Requirements
* Experience cooking in a Rosette property.
* Eager to learn and develop.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy service.
* Experience leading a section.
* Strong team player.
