My client is an established Croydon based provider of a wide range of cleaning and FM services. Their offer includes regular contract cleaning, construction work, pest control programmes, carpet shampooing and hard floor deep cleaning, one-off builders cleans, IT deep cleans and much more. Their client-base is located across Inner and Greater London, the Home Counties, the South Coast and the Midlands. They are looking to expand their sales activities and I am currently working with them to find an office-based Business Development Executive. The role will involve the following duties 1. Make circa 100 phone calls a day 2. Generate leads via several sources they have available 3. Secure appointments for the MD to carry out site visits. 4. Logging calls, conversations and diarising call backs 5. The MD will produce and put forward proposals and the Business Development Executive will chase and close the sale. 6.
