This role involves delivering high-quality leasehold management services, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and enhancing the experience of homeowners. Key Responsibilities: &x2714; Line manage and provide guidance to the Homeownership Team, conducting regular 1-1s and performance appraisals. &x2714; Monitor performance and implement improvement plans where necessary. &x2714; Work closely with internal departments to deliver a seamless service to homeowners. &x2714; Ensure compliance with lease obligations and statutory requirements. &x2714; Oversee service charge setting, collection, and arrears recovery. &x2714; Manage Section 20 consultations, sinking funds, and ground rents. &x2714; Ensure estate and housing management inspections are carried out effectively. &x2714; Liaise with solicitors, lenders, and external professionals on leasehold matters. &x2714; Assist in setting up new schemes in collaboration with the Development Team. &x2714; Handle complaints in line with policy and promote customer involvement in service improvements. Requirements: &x2705; Experience in managing leasehold or shared ownership housing. &x2705; Proven ability to improve services and lead a team. &x2705; Strong knowledge of leasehold management, service charges, and Section 20 processes. &x2705; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. &x2705; Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
