Purpose of the Role
As an Insolvency Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of complex insolvency cases from initiation through to closure. This involves working closely with Insolvency Practitioners, providing support and ensuring compliance at every stage. The role requires a deep understanding of insolvency processes, as well as the ability to handle multiple cases concurrently, ensuring all statutory requirements are met.
In this role, you will also be responsible for overseeing case progression, implementing best practices, and ensuring that all cases adhere to the highest standards of compliance.
