**Whats the job?**
* Program/Set/Operate CNC milling machines, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files to understand specifications and requirements.
* Set up tooling and fixtures, including the installation of cutting tools as per the job specifications.
* Conduct regular inspections of finished products using measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and quality.
* Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and improve efficiency.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Who can do this?**
* Understanding of Heidenhain and Siemans Controls
* Set and operate a variety of CNC machining centres
* Strong understanding of basic mathematics for measurements and calculations.
* Familiarity with materials handling processes in a manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of tooling requirements for various machining processes.
* Toolmaking knowledge advantageous
* Keen eye for detail
* Must have commitment to maintaining precision in all tasks
