Responsibilities: As a Locum Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients. Your duties will include reviewing and managing medication therapies, providing clinical advice to healthcare professionals, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. You will also be involved in patient education, supporting the multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols. Your expertise in clinical pharmacotherapy will be essential in optimizing medication management for our patients.
