About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the continuity of students' learning during teacher absences. You will: Deliver pre-set lesson plans to ensure a productive classroom environment. Manage classroom behaviour and maintain school policies. Provide support to students in their learning and development. Liaise with teaching staff and school leadership as needed. This role is ideal for those with experience working with young people or those seeking experience in a school setting before pursuing a teaching career. Confident classroom management skills and the ability to engage students. Previous experience working with young people in any capacity (e.g., teaching assistant, sports coach, youth worker) is desirable but not essential. A degree qualification or equivalent is advantageous but not required. Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude. Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
