O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Compliance Advisor for a Civil Engineering Contractor based in Stoke. The candidate must be able to assist in maintaining and developing compliance policies within the company.
Role:
1. Management of Company Business Systems including ISO 9001
2. Production of Manuals, Procedures, and other relevant documentation
3. Production and implementation of Audit Programs
4. Auditing Integrated Management Systems
5. Staff Management
6. Production and analysis of Management Reports
7. Maintenance of company accreditations
8. Liaison with clients and external bodies
9. Knowledge and experience of Health and Safety and Environment standards
Requirements:
1. Must have Internal ISO 9001 Auditor certification
2. Lead 45001 Lead Auditor is desirable but not essential
3. Leadership and Management skills
4. Ability to work individually or as part of a team
5. Self-motivated and Good Communicator
6. Excellent organisational and Problem-solving skills
7. High levels of accuracy and Process writing
