We are working with a warm and welcoming primary school located in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. The school is a vibrant, nurturing environment where children are encouraged to grow, learn, and thrive both academically and personally.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team for a part-time vacancy, 3 days a week, working in Year 1. The role is part-time with potential to go permanent. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, fostering a love of learning, and supporting the development of every child in your class.

Position Details for Primary Teacher:
1. Planning and delivering tailored lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
2. Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and implementing strategies to support their individual needs.
3. Collaborating with colleagues to create a cohesive and stimulating learning environment, promoting teamwork and a positive school ethos.
4. Establishing professional relationships with parents and caregivers, effectively communicating student progress and addressing concerns or queries.
5. Contributing to the wider school community, engaging in extracurricular activities, and supporting school events.
Requirements for Primary Teacher:
1. Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK.
2. Have experience teaching KS1 and KS2 students.
3. Show a passion for education and a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
4. Be adaptable, resilient, and able to work effectively within a dynamic classroom setting.
