If yes, then let’s get to the important stuff The Role: The Accounts Assistant plays a key part in the smooth running of the financial operations of the four businesses that make up the TIEVA South group. Working alongside three fellow accounts assistants and reporting to our Finance Operations Manager, being a strong communicator is key. You’ll be part of a team responsible for all things related to order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and other important duties. Responsibilities include, but not limited to; Daily bank reconciliation Supplier statement reconciliation Invoice processing Supplier relationship management Prepare weekly AP runs Expenses processing Rota on inbox monitoring The Candidate: We’re looking for someone with relevant experience or initial finance qualifications (i.e. degree or AAT level 1,2,3 or 4) and the desire to learn more.
