One of the fastest growing brands in drinks are adding to their hugely talented team. This business has received significant double digit growth YOY through incredible NPD, big spend in marketing & a top commercial team who have gained lots of new distribution points and customers across Retail, OOH & Foodservice from McDonalds to Tesco.
They have a tremendous product which is a category leader loved by retailers and consumers. These guys still have masses of opportunity to grow across all channels and the supply chain has the capacity to service that growth.
The team is very strong and the leadership here is second to none. They come from top blue chip FMCG food and beverages backgrounds having then made moves into small/medium size businesses. So, the support structures are in place as well as the mentoring to really step change and accelerates your career path.
Foodservice represents over 75% of the business, so the role is a extremely important one and will get significant airtime and investment from Board level down. Which is why we are hiring a senior level Foodservice expert to develop and deliver on the strategy for the channel and manage the brilliant team to continue their epic growth.
The Role:
Senior National Account Manager Foodservice
This is an strategic commercial role in this dynamic and immensely successful business.
We require a strategic expert in Foodservice to come in & own the strategy, continue to drive growth with key accounts and drive business in new channels and accounts in line with company objectives. The growth will come from increasing distribution through the current product portfolio, the relationships are there to be nurtured with the route to markets set up with the likes of Costa, Cafe Nero, KFC, McDonalds, Burger King & other international brands.
You must have food or beverage experience and want the opportunity to have true autonomy & ownership of P&L and budgets. The team in place is fantastic with strong foodservice experience so you will be supported exponentially. You will be working as a senior leader of the team and be responsible for 50% of the business revenue so high commercial detail is a must for anyone coming in. You will be visible to the board on a weekly basis, exposure is high. The business is brilliantly set up for the modern world of remote working but facetime with customers is vital, so your attention to detail, reporting and willingness to drive new business wins and nurture current relationships at senior level is going to be very important.
About You:
To be successful we need a passionate team player with expert experience of the foodservice channel especially with Coffee, QSR and Drinks. This is a business focused on strong values and sustained growth with objectives to double revenues in the next four years. You will already have a strong background in large, branded consumer business and have managed international customers.
A strong track record of results are key - they have lofty but achievable ambitions so if you are driven by results then this is the right place for you.
What you need to bring:
* National Key Account experience in a branded FMCG businesses.
* Out of Home, QSR, Foodservice & New Business experience is essential at a senior level..
* Strong P&L understanding & management.
* Able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering new business results in Foodservice.
* A natural people person - Great communicator; internally, externally, multi-level & cross functional.
