What you'll do
As a Production Manager (Head of Production) at Sainsbury's Zest in-house creative agency, you will be responsible for leading and directing a high-caliber team of creative shoot producers, production executives, and schedulers. Your primary accountability will be delivering first-class studio creative production output, ensuring both creative and operational excellence throughout the production process. You will play a fundamental role as the communication gateway between the Zest agency team and the Zest production studios, collaborating to create exceptional brand content for Sainsbury's, Argos, Habitat, Tu, and Nectar. With your strong industry knowledge, you will provide exceptional planning and creative judgement, supporting the studio production teams and clients in defining and delivering creative excellence at every step of the journey. Additionally, you will proactively manage capacity and resources, forecast, plan, report, and budget to meet and exceed production delivery expectations. Your leadership in building a vibrant, forward-thinking team and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders will contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes and the successful execution of projects.
