Understand the needs of companies in terms of technical expertise. Respond to calls for proposals and negotiate commercial contracts. Recruitment Search for, identify, and recruit engineering consultants to meet project needs. Build a talent pool to anticipate future client requirements. Management of Engineering Consultants Support consultants throughout their assignments with clients. Monitor their professional development, organize regular check-ins, and ensure their satisfaction. Make sure your business unit is profitable for ABMI. The ideal profile: Someone who ideally knows the UK market, preferably with experience in energy / life sciences / the aeronautical industry, or in engineering consulting. Ideally, someone who has completed a business school program (Master's degree) and has had a first experience (even an internship) prospecting new clients (especially on the phone). Perfect level of English. French would be a plus. Recruitment Process: Initial phone or video interview with Paris based Corporate Talent Acquisition, Second interview in the Bristol office with the local Business Manager, Final interview with the regional director (video or in-person according to availabilities). Salary range: fixed part between £30K and £34K per year bonus according to performance.
